Note: This software must be installed on a portable or USB drive.

After the download is complete, double click on the file you saved to launch the 401SurfV121 program.

On some Internet Explorer browsers you can select run after clicking the download link.
This will automatically download and launch the installer program.

Depending on your Windows settings you might see a dialog box that says
 "Open File - Security Warning  The publisher could not be verified..."
just click Run to continue.

WARNING:

• Do not use any software with the same name which is NOT DOWNLOADED FROM our website.
• Check the link in your browser window to show 401Surf.Com

After the installer program has been launched:

Step 1)                                                  

• Make sure that an empty  USB Drive is plugged in your computer.
• The USB Drive should have a minimum of 64Mb capacity (most drives today are a lot larger)
• Wait until the drive is initialized. On some computers Windows will notify you, or open the Windows Explorer file manager.

Step 2)                                                  

Selection of  your USB Drive.

a) Click the [Browse] Button to open selection dialog
b) Double click on >My Computer
    You see a list of available drives

c) Select Your USB Drive by clicking on its name
    eg. > Removable Drive (E:)
    Note the proper drive name or drive
    letter could be different
    Click on Close

 

Step 3)                                                    

The box below the title "Destination Folder"
should read something like  E:\
   Note the  drive  letter could
     be different on your computer
   Click on [Install] Button

The program will now install on your USB drive.
Wait until completion.

AFTER THE INSTALLATION
To run the program:
After the installation is completed
remove the USB flash drive wait a few seconds and reinsert the USB drive.

If autorun is enabled on your computer the program will
start automatically after you insert the USB drive.


If not, open Windows Explorer or double click on the My Computer Icon on your desktop, select and double click the USB drive. It should read 401Surf now. After the double click you should see some files or icons. Double click on a file named 401Surf or 401Surf.exe and the program will launch.

After the program launches for the first time, you will be prompted to enter the LOGIN NAME and the E-Mail address that you used when registering at www.401Surf.com, to pair your USB drive with your account.
